Phone Requests
The ARC IT Department is not directly involved in adding new phone numbers or implementing changes to phone access. Changes to phones at ARC are handled at the district level. We assist the district by obtaining the information related to the requests and providing them with the information.
When submitting phone requests please note the following:
- If you are changing departments – you can keep your assigned number when moving departments. Phone numbers are assigned to people not departments.
- If you are requesting Skype access or access to a phone, please have your supervisor make the request on your behalf.
