Phone Requests

The ARC IT Department assists the District Office IT Team with phone requests by reviewing phone related help tickets, verifying the information, and working directly with the district to process ticket when necessary.

 When submitting phone requests please note the following:

  • If you are changing departments – you can keep your assigned number when moving departments.  Phone numbers are assigned to people not departments.
  • If you are requesting a new phone number or access to a department number, please have your supervisor submit the request.
