Phone Requests

The ARC IT Department assists the District Office IT Team with phone requests by reviewing phone-related help tickets, verifying the information, and working directly with the district to process tickets when necessary.

When submitting phone requests please note the following:

  • If you are changing departments, then you can keep your assigned number when moving departments. Phone numbers are assigned to people, not departments.
  • If you are requesting a new phone number or access to a department number, please have your supervisor submit the request.
