In this second part of a two-part series, participants in the CORA Black Ally Program - “Dismantling Anti-Blackness on Your Campus: Core Competence for Allies'' from the ARC community will have the opportunity to deepen their learning, taking the awareness and knowledge gained from the modules to theory and action. Participants will be engaged in discussions related to content from the program with special attention to the final two modules in the program including, but not limited to: participant generated discussion; continued personal and professional reflection; attending to Black joy in educational spaces; the necessary traits for readiness to advance justice for Black students; and strategies for supporting (Black) students.
