Do you have an Outreach event that you would like to share with the team, or for which you will need tabling materials and supplies? Use the following form to share.

Instructions

  1. View the ARC Outreach Calendar of Events to ensure that another program is not already supporting this event.
  2. Complete the following form at least two weeks in advance to:
    • Share an Outreach Opportunity with the Outreach Team
    • Share a need for Outreach materials/supplies for an Outreach event that you will be supporting

Please note: General Outreach cannot guarantee availability of supplies or personnel. The team will do everything within reason to accommodate any requests.
