Join us to learn about Los Rios’ career and internship platform where students can search for opportunities to help them on their way to their career path.
In this session you will learn how Handshake can be used in the classroom to help students make the connection between college and careers.
Handshake was created to ensure that all college students have equal access to meaningful careers. Within a few years, Handshake has become the leading early career community in the US with more than 500,000 employer partners and 1,000 university partners. All of the jobs and internships on Handshake are meant for students—in fact, Handshake has the most opportunities for students and new college grads of any job platform. Attendance at this professional development activity is limited to LRCCD employees and invited participants.
