Try the following steps if you're having trouble logging in to Okta.

Use Only Your ID Number

Use only your employee wID number to sign in. Do not include @apps.losrios.edu. If you include @apps.losrios.edu, then the system will return an error saying it's unable to sign you in.

Verify Your ID Number

Look up your employee wID number to make sure it is correct.

If you receive an error while trying to look up your ID number that says, "we're unable to find an ID for the SSN and birthdate you provided," then contact the Help Desk.

Verify Your Password

Make sure you are using the correct password. If you are not sure, then you can reset your password.
