Project Request Forms are used to document all information required to get a project started. This form should be used when there are multiple criteria that needs to be addressed to accomplish the objective. This form helps to confirm the project is approved, has funding, identifies critical requirements, and helps Operations to make sure the correct stakeholders are engaged. Project requests are different than work orders. Work orders typically consist of completing one task, where projects require multiple events in sequence.
